Ironton Rail Trail, home of our long runs! Today we did our final 20 mile run before marathon day on October 2nd. After Saturday’s pep talk, we decided to talk about stretch goals while running. In the time between family plans, grilling and entertaining the kiddos, take time to think about your next stretch goal! Remember, stretch goals can be anything! Not just fitness.
