Want to keep up with your workouts?

Want to keep doing Livewellmomz workouts till our next challenge? Here’s my suggestion! If you signed up for our fall into YOUR skinny jeans challenge, you should have an outline. I would follow along with the cardio outline and then use the FIVEday workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s until our next challenge. During our challenge we did a “Skinny Jeans” workout Monday-Friday. Now you will remove the shorter workouts and just do Friday’s FIVEday workout 3 days of the week. If you missed out on our Fall into your Skinny Jeans challenge and want to follow along with this, just send me a private message and I will help you get up to speed. 🙂
