Want to keep doing Livewellmomz workouts till our next challenge? Here’s my suggestion! If you signed up for our fall into YOUR skinny jeans challenge, you should have an outline. I would follow along with the cardio outline and then use the FIVEday workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s until our next challenge. During our challenge we did a “Skinny Jeans” workout Monday-Friday. Now you will remove the shorter workouts and just do Friday’s FIVEday workout 3 days of the week.
