FALL into FIT and WELL during our 12 week Challenge Training! This is our SECOND Training Challenge to use a medicine ball and introduce a private Dadz TEAM!

For the women, we will still have our private women only page. 💁👍

By joining this 12-week Challenge Training, you will improve your overall fitness with the guidance of a certified trainer and the use of dumbbells and a medicine ball! 💪 . We start Monday, September 4th. If you want real results through one-on-one attention, accountability and team support, join us and get your significant other to join too!

Training includes:

Two Teams: Momz or Dadz!

 This is a customizable fitness training plan

Virtual personal training in the comfort of your home!

Access to personalized support through video messaging!

Indoor cardio workouts 2-3 times per week

Strength training/core workouts 3 times per week

Video demos for all challenge exercises- beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications.

True beginner, intermediate and advanced running programs

Enjoy support from me however you choose- Phone, live video, video messaging, email, and social media.

Nutritional guidance

Summer Sweat Challenge Training

Spring Crunch

March 13 – June 2, 2017

It’s crunch time! Which means, it’s time to get to work! Our coats, sweaters and long pants must come off for spring break vacations! This is a targeted program aimed at toning and strengthening our arms, mid-section and legs as we pursue Fit and WELL! It will take us right up to summer so that we can shine with body confidence! Our official start date is Monday, March 13th! This 12-week challenge includes cardiovascular training and strength using small weights. With your efforts and trust in the process, we will get you results through one-on-one attention, accountability and team support. Sign up closes March 12th at midnight!

It’s time to #unlockthecode to living Fit and WELL! This is more than a resolution, it’s a commitment to a journey. Our team is successful because we challenge each other to rise higher. Our official start date is Monday, January 9th! This is an 8-week challenge! Program includes cardiovascular training, strengthening for overall fitness with resistance and plenty of toning for our core! With a 96% participation rate, you are joining a group of women and Momz on a mission to live Fit and WELL in 2017!

Holiday Freeze Challenge: ❄️ Let’s keep the weight off together this holiday season! It’s time to kick up the calorie burn and add in a small set of dumbbells during these 20-minute workouts Monday-Friday. Two additional interval (walk/wog/jog/run) workouts included per week. Don’t have a set of dumbbells? Grab 2 cans of soup next time you’re in the grocery store. Scare The Weight Off!

It’s time to Scare The Weight Off!! I’m a strong believer in 1 pound per week weight loss, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun with it this Halloween season! We will kick it up a notch for the month of October and do our Scare The Weight Off  Workouts Monday-Friday while training for a local Turkey Trot in November. Sign up below!

It’s time to fall into YOUR skinny jeans! Yes, pun intended. Fall is just around the corner! Join our Fall Into YOUR Skinny Jeans Challenge at LiveWELLMomz.com. This challenge isn’t about fitting into a size two. It’s about creating a little wiggle room. Come September 1st, I want YOUR favorite pair of jeans to fit you like a glove! We all have that one pair we love so much. Why not put them on now and use them as your measure of success? I will supply you with the motivation and exercises to tone your belly, booty and thighs. 🙂
